Self-Exclusion Policy
Duelbits is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing customers with tools to help them manage their gambling activity responsibly.
What is Self-Exclusion?
Self-exclusion allows you to temporarily or permanently restrict access to your Duelbits account. It is intended for customers who wish to take a break from gambling or prevent themselves from accessing gambling services for a specified period.
How to Request Self-Exclusion
You can request a self-exclusion through Live Chat or Email. Once a self-exclusion request is received, your account will be placed into a 24-hour cooling-off period. During this time, you will not be able to access your account, deposit, or place bets.
Before the cooling-off period ends, a member of our team will contact you via email to discuss the self-exclusion options available and answer any questions you may have.
The following self-exclusion periods are available:
1 Week
1 Month
6 Months
Permanent
Once a self-exclusion has been applied, the selected duration cannot be shortened, cancelled, or reversed.
What Happens During Self-Exclusion?
Once a self-exclusion has been applied:
You will not be able to access your account for the duration of the selected self-exclusion period.
Deposits, betting activity, and participation in promotions will not be permitted.
Any active rewards, bonuses, or promotional offers may be forfeited.
Any remaining account balance will be handled in accordance with our security, verification, and regulatory requirements.
If you have active bets at the time your self-exclusion is applied, we recommend using the cash-out feature where available. If a bet cannot be cashed out, it will remain active and be settled according to the final result.
The selected self-exclusion period cannot be shortened, cancelled, or reversed once applied.
Permanent self-exclusions will remain in effect indefinitely.
Duelbits may also apply a self-exclusion or other gambling restrictions where we believe it is necessary to protect a customer.
Responsibilities and Liabilities
While Duelbits takes reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusions, customers are also responsible for complying with the restrictions placed on their accounts.
During a self-exclusion period:
You must not attempt to access your account.
You must not attempt to deposit, place bets, or participate in promotions.
You must not attempt to open a new account.
If a new account is identified as belonging to a self-excluded customer, it may be restricted or closed without notice.
Duelbits cannot be held responsible for losses incurred where a customer attempts to circumvent or breach a self-exclusion.
After Self-Exclusion
When a fixed-term self-exclusion comes to an end, customers may contact Customer Support to discuss reactivating their account.
Duelbits may carry out additional reviews before restoring account access.
Accounts subject to a permanent self-exclusion will remain closed indefinitely.
