Email verification is required to access all features on Duelbits. Until your email is verified, certain parts of the platform, including withdrawals, will be restricted. This guide covers how to verify, what to do if the email doesn't arrive, and how to fix common issues.
📧 What the Verification Email Looks Like
After you register, Duelbits sends a verification email to the address you provided. Here is what to look for in your inbox:
Subject line: [Duelbits] Confirm your email
Sender: [email protected]
Content: A green "Verify My Email" button, plus a backup text link underneath in case the button does not work
The email is sent automatically at registration. You do not need to request it separately.
✅ How to Verify
Open your email inbox and find the email from [email protected] with the subject line [Duelbits] Confirm your email.
Click the green "Verify My Email" button.
If the button does not work, click or copy the backup text link below it and paste it into your browser.
You will be redirected to Duelbits with your email confirmed.
Once verified, your Profile → Verification tab will show your email address with a checkmark and a green "Verified" status bar.
⏱️ Link Expiry
The verification link expires after 48 hours. If you do not click it within that window, you will need to request a new one. See the resend instructions below.
🔄 How to Resend the Verification Email
If the original email expired, was deleted, or never arrived:
Log in to your Duelbits account.
Go to Profile → Verification.
Click the option to resend the verification email.
Check your inbox for a new email from [email protected].
The new link is valid for another 48 hours.
📭 Verification Email Not Arriving
If you do not see the email in your inbox:
Check your spam or junk folder: email providers sometimes filter automated emails. Search for "Duelbits" or "[email protected]" in your spam folder.
Check the Promotions or Updates tab: Gmail and some providers sort automated emails into separate tabs rather than the primary inbox.
Wait a few minutes: delivery can sometimes be delayed by a few minutes depending on your email provider.
Check that you entered the correct email address: go to Profile → Verification to see the address on file. If it contains a typo, see the section below.
Try a different email provider: if you registered with a custom domain or corporate email, your provider's filters may be blocking the email. Consider using a personal email address (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo) instead.
Resend: follow the resend steps above to trigger a new email.
✏️ Fixing a Typo in Your Registered Email
If you registered with a misspelled email address (e.g., gmial.com instead of gmail.com), you will not receive the verification email because it is being sent to an address that does not exist or does not belong to you.
You cannot change your registered email address through the profile interface. To fix it:
Contact Duelbits support via Live Support (left-hand navigation bar) or email [email protected].
Explain that your registered email contains a typo and provide the correct address.
The support team will assist with updating your email, which may require additional verification to confirm account ownership.
🔒 What Is Locked Without Email Verification
A verified email address is required to access some parts of the website. Specifically:
Withdrawals are blocked: you cannot withdraw any funds until your email is verified
Some features and promotions may be restricted until verification is complete
Email verification is the first step in the verification process. The Profile → Verification tab also shows additional verification levels (Level 1 through Level 5) that may be triggered at certain account activity thresholds or at the platform's discretion.
⚠️ How to Spot a Fake Verification Email
The only legitimate verification email comes from [email protected]. Be cautious of:
Emails from any other address claiming to be Duelbits
Emails asking you to "verify" by providing your password, 2FA code, or crypto wallet seed phrase, Duelbits will never ask for these
Emails with links to domains other than duelbits.com
If you are unsure whether an email is genuine, do not click any links. Instead, log in to duelbits.com directly by typing the URL in your browser and check your verification status from Profile → Verification.
