Your Duelbits profile is where you manage your account settings, security, identity verification, and transaction history. This guide walks through every section so you know where to find what you need.
To access your profile, click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the Duelbits interface.
📊 Overview
The Overview tab is the first thing you see when you open your profile. It shows a summary of your account activity and stats, giving you a high-level snapshot of your account at a glance.
⚙️ Settings
The Settings tab is where you manage your personal account preferences. It contains two sections:
Settings (left panel):
Display Name: your public username on the platform. It must be between 3 and 24 characters. You can change it at any time from this tab.
Toggle Profile Privacy: when enabled, your stats and bet history will display as "Hidden" to other users. This does not affect your own ability to view your history, it only controls what others can see.
MMA Jackpot Emails: toggle on or off to receive notifications about MMA Jackpot promotions.
Marketing Emails: toggle on or off to receive bonus and marketing communications from Duelbits.
Save changes: click this button after making any changes to apply them.
User Information (right panel):
User ID: your unique account identifier. This is a long alphanumeric string (e.g., da8adcc4-98db-474b-ad12-55f8a08c6293). Include this when contacting support, it allows the team to locate your account quickly and accurately.
Account Type: shows how your account was created (e.g., "local" for email registration, or the third-party service if you registered through Google or Steam).
🔍 Where to Find Your User ID
Your User ID is in Profile → Settings, in the right-hand panel under "User Information." Click the copy icon next to it to copy it to your clipboard. Always include your User ID when contacting Duelbits support, it is the fastest way for the team to identify your account.
✅ Verification
The Verification tab is where you can complete identity verification if it is requested by Duelbits. Verification may be triggered at certain account activity thresholds or at the platform's discretion.
If verification is required, you will be contacted with instructions on what documents are needed. You can check the status of any open verification request from this tab.
If no verification has been requested, this tab will appear empty or show a completed status.
🔒 Security
The Security tab contains two sections for protecting your account:
Change Password (left panel):
Enter your new password in the New Password field.
Re-enter it in the Confirm New Password field.
Click Change Password to apply.
Password requirements: at least 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 special character, and 1 number.
Two Factor (right panel):
Step 1: Click Show QR to display the QR code. Open your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.) and scan it with your device's camera. If you cannot scan the code, click Copy code instead to enter the key manually.
Step 2: Enter the 6-digit code generated by your authenticator app into the verification field.
Click Enable Two Factor to activate 2FA on your account.
Two-factor authentication is the single most important security measure you can enable. Duelbits will never ask you to disable 2FA, anyone who does is not from Duelbits.
💳 Transactions
The Transactions tab is your complete financial and betting history on Duelbits. It is divided into four sub-tabs:
Bets
A chronological list of every bet you have placed. Each entry shows the action (bet or win), date and time, amount, a unique bet ID, and whether a Multi Boost was applied. Use the copy icon next to the bet ID if you need to reference a specific bet when contacting support.
Deposits
A record of every deposit you have made, including the date, amount, and method.
Withdrawals
A record of every withdrawal you have processed, including the date, amount, and status.
Others
Any other account transactions that do not fall into the above categories — for example, bonus credits, promotional rewards, or manual adjustments made by the support team.
📧 Managing Email Preferences
You can control which emails you receive from Duelbits directly from Profile → Settings:
MMA Jackpot Emails: promotional notifications about MMA Jackpot events
Marketing Emails: bonus offers, promotions, and general marketing communications
Toggle each one on or off and click Save changes. Transactional emails (password resets, security alerts, verification requests) cannot be turned off, they are required for the safe operation of your account.
