What Countries Does Duelbits Accept?

Which countries can use Duelbits? See the full list of restricted regions, how to check if your country is supported, and what to do if you are blocked unexpectedly.

Written by green

Duelbits is available in most countries worldwide. Rather than maintaining a list of every accepted market (which would be extremely long), Duelbits defines a list of restricted countries, if your country is not on that list, you are welcome to register and play.

🌍 How to Check If Your Country Is Supported

The simplest way to check is to visit duelbits.com. If you can access the site and see the registration or login page, your country is supported. If your country is restricted, you will see a region block screen instead.

If you can access the site but are unsure whether your country is officially permitted, check the restricted countries list below. If your country is not listed, you are eligible to use Duelbits.

🚫 Restricted Countries and Territories

The following regions are fully restricted. Users in these locations cannot create an account or access Duelbits services:

Aruba, Australia, Belgium, Bonaire, Cuba, Curaçao (and all Dutch Caribbean territories), France, Iran, Italy, Myanmar, Netherlands, North Korea, Portugal, Saba, Singapore, Spain, Statia, St Martin, Sudan, Syria, United Kingdom, United States, and Yemen.

This also includes any regions currently subject to international sanctions, including Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk, as well as any other jurisdiction that the Central Government of Curaçao deems online gambling to be illegal.

This list is taken directly from the Duelbits Terms of Service (Section 3.2). The full and most up-to-date version is always available at: duelbits.com/en/tos

🌐 Examples of Accepted Countries

While the full list of accepted countries is too long to reproduce, some of the major markets where Duelbits is available include:

Canada, Brazil, Japan, India, Argentina, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Indonesia, Philippines, South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Turkey, Russia, Finland, Norway, and many more across Asia, Africa, Latin America, and parts of Europe.

If your country is not on the restricted list above, you are eligible to register.

⚖️ What Determines Whether a Country Is Accepted

Whether Duelbits is available in a particular country depends on several factors:

  • Local gambling laws: some countries prohibit online gambling entirely or require operators to hold a specific local licence that Duelbits does not currently hold

  • Regulatory requirements from the Curaçao Gaming Authority: as a CGA-licensed operator, Duelbits must comply with restrictions mandated by its licensing authority

  • International sanctions: countries or territories subject to international sanctions are blocked regardless of their own gambling laws

  • Banking and payment provider restrictions: some payment processors and service providers impose their own geographic limitations

Duelbits does not choose to block countries arbitrarily, restrictions are driven by legal and regulatory requirements.

🔄 How the List Changes

The restricted countries list is updated periodically as regulations evolve. Duelbits reserves the right to add or remove countries at any time without prior notice (Terms of Service, Section 3.2). This means:

  • A country that is currently accepted may become restricted in the future if new laws or regulations are introduced

  • A previously restricted country could become available if regulatory conditions change

  • Changes take effect immediately once updated

If you had an account and your country becomes restricted, see the region restrictions guide for information on what to do: help.duelbits.com/en/articles/4789953-region-blocked-restricted-why-s-that

🎮 Game-Level Restrictions

Even if your country is accepted at the platform level, some individual games may be unavailable in your region. This happens because third-party game providers (such as NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and others) enforce their own geographic restrictions on specific titles.

If a particular game is blocked for you but the rest of the platform works normally, this is a provider-level restriction, not a Duelbits decision. Duelbits Originals (Crash, Dice, Mines, Plinko, etc.) are available in all accepted regions.

🛡️ VPN and Location Detection

Duelbits detects your location using your IP address in real time on every visit. If you are connected to a VPN, proxy, or any service that masks your real IP, your location may be detected incorrectly:

  • If your VPN routes through a restricted country, you will be blocked even if your actual location is permitted. Disconnect the VPN or switch to a server in your real country.

  • If you use a VPN to access Duelbits from a restricted country, you are violating the Terms of Service (Section 3.3). Duelbits reserves the right to freeze your account and confiscate any winnings.

Common Questions

My country is not on the restricted list but I am being blocked. Why?

This is almost always caused by a VPN, proxy, corporate network, or mobile data connection routing your traffic through a restricted country. Disconnect any VPN or proxy and try again. If the issue persists, contact [email protected] with your username and actual country of residence.

My country was accepted before but now I am blocked. What happened?

Duelbits periodically updates its restricted regions list. If your country has been added, you will no longer be able to access the platform. Check the current Terms of Service for the latest list.

Can I use Duelbits while travelling?

It depends on where you are. Region detection is based on your current IP address, not your country of residence. If you travel to a restricted country, you will be blocked for the duration of your stay, regardless of where your account was created.

My country is restricted but my friend in the same country can access Duelbits. How?

They may be using a VPN, which is a violation of the Terms of Service and puts their account at risk of being frozen. Do not attempt to replicate this, accessing Duelbits from a restricted region via VPN can result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

I think my country should be accepted. Who do I contact?

Decisions about which countries are accepted are driven by legal and regulatory factors, not user requests. Duelbits cannot add individual countries on demand. However, if you believe your country is incorrectly categorised, you can raise the question with [email protected].

Are there different rules for the sportsbook and casino?

The restricted countries list applies to the entire platform, casino, sportsbook, Predict, and Originals. There is no scenario where one product is available in a restricted country but another is not. Game-level restrictions (individual titles blocked by a provider) are a separate matter and do not affect sportsbook or Originals access.
