There are two ways to change your Duelbits password: from within your account if you are logged in, or via the reset flow if you are locked out. This guide covers both.

Your password must meet the following requirements:
At least 8 characters
At least 1 uppercase letter
At least 1 special character (e.g., !, @, #, $, %)
At least 1 number
📧 Resetting Your Password When Locked Out

Click Forgot Password (below the login fields).
Enter the email address associated with your account.
Check your inbox for a password reset email from Duelbits.
Click the reset link in the email.
Enter your new password (must meet the requirements listed above) and confirm it.
Log in with your new password.
If the reset email does not arrive:
Check your spam or junk folder
Make sure you are checking the correct inbox, the one linked to your Duelbits account
Wait a few minutes, delivery can sometimes be delayed
If it still has not arrived, contact support at [email protected] for assistance
🛡️ Strong Password Tips
Use a password that is unique to Duelbits, do not reuse passwords from other sites. If another site is breached, attackers will try those credentials on crypto and gambling platforms
Avoid using personal information (name, birthday, username) in your password
Consider using a password manager to generate and store a strong, random password
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in addition to a strong password, this is your most important layer of security. Set it up from Profile → Security
🚨 If You Think Your Account Has Been Compromised
If you suspect someone else has access to your account, act immediately:
Change your password using either method above.
Check your 2FA, make sure it is still enabled and has not been changed. If it has, contact support immediately.
Review your account activity, check your bet history and transactions for anything you do not recognise.
Contact Duelbits support, open the Live Support panel from the left-hand navigation bar or email [email protected].
